Returns & Exchanges
At StrongerAsOne, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or other customer ordering errors.
We encourage you to carefully review the product description, sizing information, colour selection, and order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the item and the issue
- A photo of the packaging or shipping label, if applicable
Once we review your request, we will provide further instructions. If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Authorization
Please do not send an item back without contacting StrongerAsOne first.
If a physical return is required and your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
Sizing & Colour Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, colour, and product before placing an order. Please review the sizing information provided on the applicable product page before purchasing.
Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer standard size or colour exchanges if the size or colour selected at checkout was correctly fulfilled.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, and the nature of the materials used.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Because orders can enter production quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once production has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is related to an approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or fulfillment-error claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards and any products specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
