Welcome to StrongerAsOne. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stronger As One. Stronger As One operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). StrongerAsOne is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. However, colours, textures, proportions, and other aspects of a product's appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and other factors.

We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product on your device will exactly match the physical product you receive.

Product descriptions, designs, colours, availability, pricing, and other product information may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

Many StrongerAsOne products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production generally begins after an order has been accepted and submitted for fulfillment. Because of this production model, changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be limited as described in these Terms and our Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from StrongerAsOne. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Payment must be successfully authorized and processed before an order can proceed.

Please carefully review your products, quantities, sizes, colours, shipping address, and other order information before submitting your order.

Because our products may be made to order, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

If we need to modify, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, available through the policy links on our website.

You represent that products purchased through our store are intended for lawful personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, CURRENCY AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by applicable law.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location or market. Currency conversion rates and displayed local prices may change over time.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs charges, import fees, or other charges that may apply to an order. Applicable amounts that we collect will be presented at checkout where required.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, or other restrictions. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will govern with respect to that promotion.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all authorized charges associated with your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

StrongerAsOne products may be produced on a made-to-order basis. Our current estimated delivery timeframe is generally approximately 2–3 weeks from the order date, including processing, production, and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on production requirements, order volume, destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Eligible orders shipped to Canada or the United States may qualify for free standard shipping in accordance with the threshold and conditions stated in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Orders may occasionally be shipped in more than one package, and individual packages may arrive at different times.

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

The StrongerAsOne name, logos, product names, designs, slogans, and related brand elements may be trademarks or other intellectual property of Stronger As One and may not be used without authorization.

Shopify's names, trademarks, logos, product names, and related intellectual property belong to Shopify or its applicable licensors.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to tools or functionality offered by third parties that we do not monitor or control.

Such tools may be provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions from Stronger As One except where otherwise required by law.

Your use of optional third-party tools is at your discretion and may also be subject to the third party's terms and policies.

We may introduce new features, tools, or resources through the Services in the future. Unless otherwise stated, those features will form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.

StrongerAsOne is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Stronger As One.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Stronger As One, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Stronger As One.

This may include lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages where such exclusions are legally permitted.

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any rights you may have in your jurisdiction, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
