Made-to-Order Fulfillment
At StrongerAsOne, our products are made to order. This allows us to produce each item specifically for your order while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.
Because products are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping before your order arrives.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our current estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed.
This estimate includes order processing, production, and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, order volume, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
Free Shipping Within Canada & the United States
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $200 CAD or more shipped to Canada or the United States. For customers shopping in another currency, the free-shipping threshold is based on the equivalent of $200 CAD at the applicable currency conversion rate.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes. Orders that do not meet the threshold will be charged the applicable shipping rate displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is not currently available for other international destinations unless otherwise stated. Applicable international shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Promotional offers and shipping thresholds may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation, as carrier systems may take time to update.
Multiple Packages
Depending on the products in your order and how they are fulfilled, your order may occasionally arrive in more than one package. If this occurs, packages may arrive at different times.
Shipping Delays
While we work to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur after an order has entered production or been transferred to a shipping carrier.
StrongerAsOne is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, service disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in reviewing the available tracking and order information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact StrongerAsOne as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or information.
For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate instructions.

International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside of Canada, additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to StrongerAsOne.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
